Contacts
What is a contact?
In the organization of business contacts, this is the record of the people or companies with whom you interact to move your business forward. A contact can be a client and/or supplier.
Required fields
- Name: Indicates the name of the provider. The value will be used for searches both in the contact grid and in the forms of purchase orders, purchases, budgets, orders, and sales, among others.
- Surname: Indicates the supplier's last name. The value will be used for searches both in the contact grid and in the forms of purchase orders, purchase, budgets, orders and sales, among others.
- Business name: Allows you to enter a company name, fictitious, or brand that identifies the contact. The value will be used for searches both in the contact grid and in the forms of purchase orders, purchases, budgets, orders, and sales, among others.
- E-mail: Indicates the email of the contact. The value will be used to send information, such as orders, checking account balances, and proof of payment, among others.
- Telephone: Phone number.
- Address: Allows you to enter the physical address of the contact, detailing between billing, main and delivery address.

- Contact Persons: We can add people with whom we interact within that contact, it can be a purchase or sales manager, a reference or simply who attends us. In each contact person we can add several communication channels.
- Tax identification number: Unique contact identifier.
- Featured Contact: Allows us to identify the contact and then make a special treatment.
