What is a Profile?
It is a bundle of permissions created to be applied to one or more users.
Required fields
- Name: Indicates the name of the profile. The value will be used for search assignment to the user.
- Description: It serves us to indicate a significant comment about the objective of the profile.
Additional Information
Permissions: The list of possible permits will appear in the drop-down fields, categorized as in the main menu to facilitate their search. It is worth noting that the active indication (checkmark) enables access, while the empty box does not allow access to the functionality or screen.
- In case of editing any existing permission, the affected user(s) must close their session if it is active and start it again to make the changes in the permissions.
