Taking inventory
What is Inventory Taking?
To keep the stock healthy, it is relevant to carry out an inventory control periodically (at the interval that you think is convenient for your business).
Through this screen you will be able to count your deposit, by location.
Inventory Registration
Location: Indicate in which location you are.
Material: Search for the product you want to report.
Amount: Indicates the number of items that I account for in that location.
⚠️ If another collaborator counts that material at another point in the warehouse, the system will not validate it, taking the last record entered as true.
⚠️ If you have multiple warehouses and stocks assigned to each one, it is recommended that you use the Warehouse Module since the basic version does not support this operation.
